Abstract


Based on the research, it show that consumer knowledge of saving at Jabar Banten Banking Branch Office Suci Bandung generally is the high category. However, there are several indicators such as quality and facilities is on the medium category. Where as consumer decision to be customer at Jabar Banten Banking Branch Office Suci Bandung generally high valued, it is suitabel with the level of decision making. Altough several items such as information, altrenative choice and banking policy including customer satisfication are still becoming problem.
