ANALISA PERENCANAAN STRATEGI SI/TI MENGGUNAKAN METODE WARD AND PEPPARD PADA PT. BUMIMAS MEGAHPRIMA

Abstract

Abstract-The number of companies investing in the field of property creates a very tight competition among them to get customers (tenants) who want to occupy the units owned. This of course requires a strategy to survive and compete, currently informasi is the main thing to be able to win the competition, then the presentation of information quickly and accurately would require System Information (SI) which is supported by the infrastructure of Information Technology (IT) that qualified . for it required a strategic planning for Information Systems and Information Technology (PSSI) in supporting the company's business activities in order to become aligned. The method used in this study is strategic planning model version of the Ward and Peppard using SWOT analysis (strength, weakness, oppurtunities, threat) as a formula to produce a strategy in winning the competition. The results of this study is to build sms gateway-based technology to produce fast and accurate information.
