Globalization has made the business world is full of competition. They compete in a volatile business
nuances and ever-changing. Markets are getting smarter want maximum satisfaction on every product
bought. Businessman will race to always improve the quality of the products sold. Kaizen is a Japanese
philosophy that focuses on the development and improvement continuously or continuously in the company's
business, which includes about improving product quality. Improved product quality continuously
automatically occur if the culture of quality applied to all parts of a business organization. It is they who win
in these competitions.
