Abstract
The entrepreneur must be able to be creative and innovative in developing and face the competition.
This study aimed to describe the profile of entrepreneurial creativity and innovation in the development of
their business. Event study research methods and descriptive qualitative techniques of data collection
through observation or participant observation, but tends towards the historical experience. This is done to
determine the entrepreneurial creativity and innovation in improving company performance. It can be seen
from the increasing business development. Great expectations for researchers suggest that we are more
creative and innovative in the face of life. Moreover, entering the era of globalization, with the enactment of
free market competition lead to a very large business. Given the historical experience of the existing business
and innovation to advance indonesian entrepreneur creativty
