Abstract
Abraham Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, theory X and theory Y, two-factor theory and McClelland, stated motivation is an underlying reason for acts committed by an individual, which is where a person is said to have high motivation if the person has a very strong reason to achieve what he wants to do his current job. Suryawan and Andrew (2013) explains that there is influence between motivation and job satisfaction was 22.1% while the other 77.9% is explained by the variation of variables outside motivation. Suryawan and Andrew believes that there are several other variables that must be considered to make further research on the factors that affect job satisfaction because motivation can only explain less than a quarter of job satisfaction. Regina Aditya Reza (2010) have proved that there is influence between motivation and performance of employees. Tests conducted by Regina has proved that motivation has a positive influence on employee performance. Results of the calculations have been done obtained coefficient value of 0.343 and t value of 3.628 with a significance level of 0.000 is the result of less than 0.05, which means that the hypothesis in this study receive Ha and reject Ho.
