ANALISIS PERENCANAAN STRATEGI PORTOFOLIO APLIKASI IS/IT PT JATROPHA INDAH

Abstract

Strategic planning is the process of planning the long -term by using the environmental analysis process , both internal and external environments . The purpose of strategic planning is to develop a strategy in accordance with the mission objectives of the company, so the company can look objectively internal conditions and external companies in order to anticipate the changes in the environment . Further information is used internally and externally for the formulation of strategies in quantitative models , in order to obtain strategy formulation will be implemented the company to achieve its targets. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of IS / IT strategy right on Jatropha PT Indah . The method used is the input stage and output stage ( Ward & Peppard , 2002) . Analysis of the business environment that includes aspects of today's business strategy , objectives , resources , processes , culture and values of the organization's business . By analyzing the portfolio strategy planning IS / IT will use the recommendation results obtained proper application to improve the performance of the company .
