PEMBELAJARAN DENGAN PENDEKATAN KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BERBASIS E-LEARNING

Abstract

Phenomenon that occurs when this is where it begins to shift learning models such as the shifting of the
teaching system of systems-oriented education teacher or professor to student-oriented systems and the
increasing number of options available learning resources. Application of information and communication
technology has enabled the creation of a global learning environment associated with internet-based network. In
order for the learning process can be created in harmony, then the need for a system that can be used to manage
all existing knowledge by using the media for the creation of a culture of sharing knowledge among faculty and
students. Knowledge Management System (KMS) to inspire the growth of culture of knowledge sharing (share
knowledge). KMS benefits, namely, menciiptakan, document, classify, and disseminate knowledge among one
another. KMS manages all elements of a system of subjects and all the necessary knowledge and required in the
learning process. Knowledge Management tool that is used in realizing the process of knowledge sharing is the
use of blogs. With the KMS model like this is expected to facilitate the growth of the culture of sharing
penegtahuan so as to create new knowledge of a higher quality, and competitive.
