Abstract


The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of service quality and advertising decisions of
customers to make transactions at the Perum Pegadaian Branch Senen Central Jakarta. This research
method is an explanatory study. In an explanatory study examined primary data using quantitative
hypotheses and test phase involves testing the validity and reliability, data transformation, the classical
assumption test, correlation test and regression test.
Based on values obtained simultaneously testing FSig. 70, 872 with a value of significance at 0,000, while
the degree of freedom in the number 2 and 95 in table Ftable values obtained at 3,09, so the value FSig.
amounted to 70, 872>Ftable value = 3,09. This shows the influence of service quality and Advertising on the
Customer Decision Making Transactions at Perum Pegadaian Branch Senen Central Jakarta jointly is
significantly positive.
Based on the testing of the partial effect of Quality of Service to the Customer Decision Making Transactions
as indicated by an tSig. Ttable 10,209 greater than 1,980 with a value of significance at 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is
rejected and Ha accepted.Based on the partial test Advertising Influence on Customer Decision Making
Transactions as indicated by an tSig. 9,921 to 1,980 ttable value with significance value of 0.000 <0.05, then Ho
is rejected and Ha accepted.
