Abstract


The development of the internet in particular the use of e-commerce to improve business competitiveness
make this research about how much benefit the company got to get a competitive advantage and are there
constraints faced by firms when e-commerce practice. Research methods used include determining market
share, operation cost is to reduce costs incurred to create e-commerce, expand the reach to be recognized by
many consumers, increasing customer loyalty. The results given in this study showed an increase so that
companies become more competitive against.
